OUR RECOMMENDATION
A per-project fee is easier to budget and supports the cross-disciplinary work that gives the platform its value. A bounded number of named users keeps support and storage assumptions explicit. All figures below exclude applicable VAT.
CONDITIONALLY APPROVED PILOT TARIFF
€990 / six weeks
One legal organisation, one project and up to five named users. The pilot includes up to 90 minutes of onboarding and two 45-minute review calls. Access is limited to features qualified in an individual pilot annex.
No automatic renewal or conversion. This is a future conditional tariff, not an available public offer.
NEW PRICING HYPOTHESIS
€299 / project / month
Proposed after a successful pilot: one project, five named users, the released module, a concise user manual and standard weekday email support. Additional named users: proposed €25 per month each.
Final scope, fair-use limits, support capacity, term and price require a separate decision.
NEW SERVICE HYPOTHESIS
€690 / one time
Proposed package: project initiation call, platform configuration, guided introduction, two ambassador training sessions and a short user manual. The detailed timebox and handover are agreed before ordering.
Migration, CAD/BIM, quantity, specification or other integrations and bespoke work require a separate scope and quote.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
For a future eligible engagement, the intended route covers a scoped initiation conversation, a configured project environment, an introduction to the working view, a clear manual, ambassador training where contracted, and review of early use. The responsible team retains professional decisions.
